Made Whole Living on Purpose

Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026
SozoTelos is a personal life tracking app built to help you nourish your body, move intentionally, and grow in spirit. Your data belongs to you. This policy explains clearly what we collect, how we use it, and what we never do with it.

1. What SozoTelos Is

SozoTelos ("the app") is a personal wellness tracker that includes nutrition logging, meal planning, workout tracking, Bible reading, journaling, and optional Google Calendar integration. It is designed for personal use and runs primarily in your browser.

2. Data You Enter

All personal data you enter into the app — meals, weights, journal entries, workouts, Bible notes, supplements — is stored:

We do not store your personal health or nutrition data on any SozoTelos-operated server. We do not have access to it.

3. Google Calendar Integration

SozoTelos offers optional integration with Google Calendar. If you choose to connect:

What we access Your Google Calendar events are read to display them inside the app. You can also push meal summaries and supplement logs as calendar events.
How it's used Calendar data is used solely to display your events within the app and to create events you explicitly request. It is never stored on our servers, never analyzed, and never shared with any third party.
OAuth tokens Access tokens are stored in your browser's session storage only and expire automatically. We never see or store your Google credentials.

SozoTelos's use of Google Calendar data is limited to what is described here and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Google Sign-In & Firebase

If you use Google Sign-In to enable cloud sync, we receive your Google account name and email address for authentication purposes only. This is handled through Google Firebase Authentication. Your email is used to identify your cloud sync data — nothing else.

Firebase data is stored in your project's Firestore/Realtime Database under your account. Review Google Firebase's privacy policy for how Firebase handles data.

5. What We Never Do

6. Analytics & Tracking

SozoTelos does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for authentication. No behavioral data is collected or transmitted.

7. Children's Privacy

SozoTelos is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your Rights

Because your data is stored locally or in your own Firebase account, you have full control over it at all times. You can clear your local data at any time through your browser settings or the app's Settings page. You can revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top and note the change in the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
